SANTA CAME!!!

Christmas morning is always so much fun, the girls loved all their present, and after opening everything we realized once again we spoil the girls rotten!!

I guess Santa and his elves did good and got Lynlee exactly what she wanted!!

Regan got this horse from Santa and also a rocking horse from Grandma, where am I suppose to put all this stuff??

For the past month the girls have fought over one baby doll, so Regan got her very own and has been playing with it since she opened it.

She is the cutest little mama!!(Side Note: Nice legs Dad!)

As far as big kid gifts Billy got a GPS and I got the Wii Fit, we are all having a fun time playing that and my hips are killing me from the hula-hoop, that just tells everyone how bad of shape I'm in.

The girls got too many presents to list but here are their favs: Lynlee-Dreamcastle Barbie, Leapster 2 and a box of make-up(stupid Santa) Regan-Baby Doll and Accessories, Rocking Horse and all the candy

Bathtime FUN!!

This picture cracks me up, because I remember doing this when I was little. After they get out of the bath, they curl up in their towels and lay in front on the heater vent by the cabinets, to get warm.

The hardest thing to get done all day is to get PJs on these girls at bedtime, they love to run around naked. Not something we encourage but it's still pretty funny.

CALLING ALL GINGERBREAD-MEN

Following in tradition, for the last three years we have made a Gingerbread house for Christmas. So for Fanily night Tueday(we know family night is Monday but Billy had to work) we made one. The girls and Billy had a great time, I spent my night picking up all the candy Regan threw on the ground. If she wasn't throwing it on the ground she was eating it herself or feeding some to the dogs. So here are some pictures of our fun night as a family.

Pre-Consrtuction Hand in the bowl again eating the construction material
Foreman: Billy
The finished house, the frosting set up so fast the candy barely would stick. Hopefully this one will last longer than last years, Gus ate it two weeks before Christmas.

It's Offical

Well we made it!! We moved out of our house in Poky on Wednesday, after a very interesting moving experience, if you have an extra $10,000.00, professional movers is the way to go. But I would use the word "professionals" loosely. So after leaving the house we love and all of are great friends, we spent the rest of the week in Utah, visiting with family and friends. Saturday we had two very long plane rides and now here we are offical Texans!! We are staying in a hotel right now and all of our "stuff" hopefully will arrive Tues. or Wed. of next week. Then we will move into are awesome "vacation house" for the next few months until we can find something livable. Keep checking back for more Texas/moving updates.

Ligths at Temple Square

So our last night in Utah we went and saw the lights at Temple Square with some family. They were beautiful as always. It was fun to hang out with cousins and Billy's brother and sisters before we left. It was super cold, and I'm pretty sure that is the one thing we won't be missing in Texas.

The BIG Move Update

So the house we were going to buy in Texas fell through, and in an effort to be together for Christmas I have had to take a huge leap of faith; and put my trust in Billy to find us a place to rent for a short time, while we look for another house. He has found one and told me, "you will probably hate it." But I guess we will have to buck up and deal with it. He has been down in Texas now for two months and both the girls and I miss so much.

In an effort to keep a positive attitude we have decieded to call the nasty rental our six month "vacation house." Doesn't that sound better?! We will be moving out of our Idaho house Dec. 3 and hopefully all stuff will get to Texas by the 14th. It's really hard moving out of a new house I LOVE to a nasty old house I've never seen. I'm sure everything will be fine, and Billy and I feel like this is the right thing to do. Being together is first, and a nice house comes second.

Sorry I'm such a bad blogger, I feel so unworthy to even have one, I promise to try harder with the updates.

Happy Fall

Just some pics I took at my mom's house in all the leaves. Fall is my favorite time of year.

Spooky Spooky

This year we had such a fun Halloween, we went to Utah and stayed at Grandma and Grandpa house. First we trick-or-treated at Grandma works and got a ton of candy. And then we went down to Mari's house to trick-or-treat with the cousins. They were all so cute and so excited, you would have thought they were already hyper from candy when we left. By the end Mari, Megan and I were all carrying someone and their buckets. We are going to miss them all so much. I'm pretty sure are candy supply will last us until next Halloween!!

Carvin' Pumpkins with the GIRLS!!

Today we carved are pumpkins getting ready for Halloween, Regan just colored a pumpkin and Lynlee painted one. Mom was the only one allowed to use the knife. The girls did help me clean out the guts but didn't really like getting their hands dirty.

The finished pumpkin is very colorful, pretty sure we don't need a ligth on to see it.

The girls loved doing the pumpkin thing even though they both miss dad a lot, he has been in Texas now for three weeks and really likes his job. If all goes as planned we will all by moving into our new house right before Thanksgiving.

Good-Bye to the Nautique

So since we are moving to Texas we had to get rid of our 1977 Ski Nautique we have shared it with Billy's brother Matt for the past two years. We know she's going to a good home but we are super sad to see her go and have had a blast boating together as a family. Lynlee even skied behind it this year for the first time, but we are bad parents and didnt get any pictures. So here are some pics of our last trip.
I'm not sure why they don't have life-jackets on, please don't send any hate mail.

Lynlee's First Day of School

Lynlee's first day of pre-school, she was so excited, she asked me everyday for two weeks if she was going to school today.
Showing off the new backpack she had to have, that is bigger than she is!!
Sister needed her picture taken too, she's way to little for preschool, and mom would be way to lonely.
